  • While Pezzimenti Designs can work closely with you to create a custom new home design that suits your unique needs and lifestyle, we also work with volume builders who provide pre-designed layouts or house and land packages. If you are interested in a volume build, please get in touch.

  • This will depend on the unique requirements of your project, as well as your selections and materials (as some will take longer to come in than others). We will be able to provide a more accurate timeline before signing your contract. As a general rule, it will take six to 12 months.

  • The process typically goes as follows: consultation, design, obtaining relevant permits, construction, quality control, and handover. Pezzimenti Designs will guide you through each stage to ensure that the project goes as smoothly and successfully as possible.
