Pezzimenti Designs Pty Ltd is a building design and drafting company that has been servicing builders and private clients in and around Melbourne for more than 3 years now.
We can provide the full scope of working drawings for a wide range of project types, from new homes and extensions through to illegal building works rectification and decking additions. Through industry partnerships, we’re able to ensure that all projects are completed to a high standard.
Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. We take the time to get to know them and their goals, providing designs and plans that tick all of their boxes and remain within budget.
Sam has a diverse background in the construction industry. After completing his Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural) at Melbourne Polytechnic, he spent a few years working as an architectural draftsman before moving on to production draftsman at Eight Homes. He was then a site supervisor at Carlisle Homes before founding Pezzimenti Designs back in 2022, after completing his Certificate IV in Building & Construction at Melbourne Polytechnic.
Sam enjoys taking a hands-on approach and feels that getting to know his clients puts him in a better position to meet their needs.
